How does painless laser hair removal work?

Using the Venus Epileve Diode Laser, we ensure fast, comfortable, and effective coverage that is safe for all skin types, including tanned skin.

The laser emits an invisible light, which penetrates the skin without damaging it. At the hair follicle, the laser light absorbed by the pigments is converted into heat. This heat will damage the follicle.

Multiple sessions are needed for permanent hair reduction because hair grows in different stages – it must be in the anagen (growth) for laser hair removal to work. The number of sessions will vary for each patient depending on the area being treated. Consult with us to customize a treatment plan based on your skin tone and hair type.

Of course, the area being lasered and your personal pain tolerance will dictate the pain level associated with laser hair removal.

Unfortunately, we can not treat blonde, grey/white, and some types of red hair with our Laser Hair Removal treatment. The light of the laser is only attracted to the melanin (pigment) of the hair hence these hair colours cannot be treated
